Vedantu is a leading edu-tech start-up catering to K-12 sector with about 7000 employees spread across India. As a people strategy consultant, I am playing the role of Head of HR for Vedantu. I work with the founders and leadership team in shaping up the HR operating system for this start-up. The HR team of Vedantu reports to me.
Dunzo provides delivery services across major cities in India and is funded by Google. As a people strategy consultant, I work closely with the founders and leadership team of Dunzo in setting up the HR strategy and processes. I work as a sounding board on all people matters and provide strategic guidance including execution.
Ula is an Indonesian based start-up with offices in Singapore and India. Working with the founders and the HR team, I help Ula in building the people practices, acquiring talent and building an employee centric culture. Right from bootstrapping to the current stage of 30M USD funding, my work has contributed to the growth of this organization.
Recko tracks and analyzes financial transactions, revenue receivables, payables and contract discrepancies with 100% accuracy. Since its inception, I work closely with the founders in identifying top talent and laying groundwork on the evolution of people strategy.
Rocket Internet is a leading investment firm and I worked with their investee organizations in the Middle East. Helped in consolidation of human assets, drove people strategy and developed complete HR processes for a slew of group companies.
India Shelter provides credit to middle income households and a Gurgaon based start-up. Working closely with the founder and the HR team leaders, I helped the start-up to expand operations in other geographies, streamlining HR processes and devised design and strategic execution for people management.
