Vedantu is a leading edu-tech start-up catering to K-12 sector with about 7000 employees spread across India. As a people strategy consultant, I am playing the role of Head of HR for Vedantu. I work with the founders and leadership team in shaping up the HR operating system for this start-up. The HR team of Vedantu reports to me.

As a people strategy consultant, I work closely with the founders and leadership team of Dunzo in setting up the HR strategy and processes. I work as a sounding board on all people matters and provide strategic guidance including execution.

Working with the founders and the HR team, I help Ula in building the people practices, acquiring talent and building an employee centric culture. Right from bootstrapping to the current stage of 30M USD funding, my work has contributed to the growth of this organization.
